As a Business Analyst, you will be working directly with the customer; this will involve regular travel to their offices to build relationships, lead workshops and agree on final solutions. You’ll be working as part of a larger architecture team who are located all over the globe. So teamwork is as important as the ability to drive solutions and work independently.
You will use Company’s own core platform, together with your industry knowledge, to design solutions for the customers.
The Platform includes a Mobile app, a REST interface, web services, travel industry standard interfaces, a corporate portal, a call centre portal, powerful business rules engine and an e-commerce platform. You will learn your customer’s business and figure out the best way to use our platform to meet, and exceed, their ever changing business goals.
You must have excellent presentation and communication skills and be comfortable taking the lead in discussions with customers and colleague
You will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the customer’s goals and work with them to turn these into requirements
This is a global role and regular worldwide travel is guaranteed

Technical Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Experienced in leading workshops with external customers
Experience delivering high quality customer facing requirements and solution documentation
