In addition to geeking out over new technology trends you understand that LAMP doesn’t refer to a light fixture, and that some of the best tech folks aren’t necessarily going to be on LinkedIn.

Meets aggressive hiring goals in a metrics driven organization.
Utilizes creative, passive candidate sourcing techniques (phone, networking).
Networks and participates in industry events.
Engage, develop relationships with, and assist candidates through the recruitment process.
Develop and lead projects and initiatives to increase candidate pipeline.
Produces detailed recruitment reporting.
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.
Minimum of one to two days of focused technical sourcing experience.
Broad experience through all aspects of the recruitment process.
Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, strong organizational skills.
Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring initiatives.
Extremely detail oriented and flexible.
Passion for recruitment.
Sense of humor (!).
